(Lycopersicon esculentum) Amish heirloom from Wisconsin; originally from Lancaster & dating back to 1880. Acorn shaped, deep red fruit 4-6cm wide & up to 250g. One of the largest paste type tomatoes with thick flesh & few seeds. Vigorous climber - requires staking. Excellent for eating fresh in salads, drying, bottling or cooking. 70-90 days.
